They say that everything is bigger in Texas, and at BASIS.ed we can definitely attest to that. With broad plans for future campuses throughout Texas, we are growing more and more with each new day! We currently have five school locations in the metro San Antonio area, two in the greater Austin area and our one campus in the Metro Fort Worth area! We are so excited to be adding an additional campus in North Austin specifically, Cedar Park! Come join our ambitious and inspiring staff where the possibilities are endless!

As Texas educators, we do not partake in TRS. However, we do partner with Vanguard for a robust match program. Initially, we match at 3%, and with your tenure, we will match up to 9%.

Results matter at BASIS.ed Texas, and with strong results, includes generous annual discretionary bonuses.
Attendance Bonus
Each teacher receives 5 personal days annually (in addition to the 24 shutdown days annually). If you do not utilize the days, you are eligible to earn up to $1200 at the conclusion of the academic school year!
