BASIS Chandler Primary North Campus - Home of the Pumas is currently seeking applicants for an IT Coordinator to start ASAP!

The Technology Coordinator’s primary role is to provide help desk operations and to ensure that end users are receiving the appropriate assistance for all technology needs. This includes all help desk requests and resolutions. The person in this position needs to have an entry level knowledge of systems administration, customer service and strong desktop support experience and expertise.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serves as a help desk tier 1 support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, Chromebook and smartphones
  • Office 365 Administration - i.e., Outlook, Teams, Office Suite
  • Maintains system processes related to file and system backups
  • Supporting a wide variety of network and software applications (web filter, endpoint anti-virus, wireless infrastructure)
  • Maintain Active Directory users - (password reset, static security groups)
  • Maintains computer and mobile device updates/patches
  • Maintain telephony equipment including VOIP and analog services
  • Maintain updated and accurate inventory lists
  • Maintain and create documentation of local IT processes

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Required:

  • Technical or Associate's degree; experience can be considered in place of degree
  • Computer Skills: Office 365 Suite, Active Directory, DHCP, Network Printers, Windows 10 & 11, Chrome OS

Preferred:

  • Computer Skills (Desired) Laptop Hardware, ESET, Umbrella, PRTG, LastPass, Destiny, Epson Projectors, Newline Interactive Displays, InTune, Google Workspace
  • 1-2 years in an IT Help Desk environment
