BASIS Prescott is seeking an Auxiliary Programs Assistant to start ASAP!

This role will provide support services to the school’s faculty and staff in order to meet the mission of BASIS.ed Schools. In this role you are primarily responsible for processing school fees and coordinating the after school program.

Primary Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the after school program;
- Collecting and processing school fees;
- Analyzing student participation in activities and the financial impact;
- Social media communication
- Point of contact for Boosters Board
- Purchasing equipment or services; and
- Performing clerical tasks.
Minimum Qualifications: A high school diploma and valid fingerprint clearance are required to work at BASIS.ed.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with accounting is preferred. Together with a high level of personal responsibility and optimism, a successful applicant will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, will thrive in a fast-paced, achievement-oriented learning environment, and will be able to stand for long periods of time inside and outside of the building.
